The Mellieha Bay Hotel also offers an appetising selection of food-menus for locals who endeavour to make their week-end meal or family occasion a little more special.

Our resident chef uses the best seasonal and local ingredients available to create genuine dishes that honour the season.  Some of our firm favourites are a sautéed seasonal vegetables and fish with lemon and Parmesan cheese, peppered steak with wild rocket, onion strings and Maltese grilled potatoes.
